How to Adjust Longitudinal Inclination Angle of Screen Box of Mine Vibration Screen
New shaker equipment should be carefully checked before installation. For example, bearing rust, seal aging or damage during handling, new parts need to be replaced when meeting these problems. In addition, such as vibration exciter, before leaving the factory for anti-rust, vibration screen manufacturers, injected with anti-rust oil, should be replaced with lubricating oil before putting into operation.
(1) Installation of supporting or hanging devices. When installing, the vertical inclination angle of the whole sieve box should be leveled, and then the components are arranged in sequence according to the component diagram of the supporting or hanging device and the installation diagram of the sieve. Before the spring is loaded, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.
There are many kinds of shaker, such as shaker, circular shaker, mine shaker re-tuning resonance shaker, linear shaker and so on, and their structures are also different.
(2) Connect the sieve box to the supporting or hanging device. After installation, the inclination should be adjusted according to the stipulation. For hanging sieves, the inclination angle of the sieve box and the level of the main shaft of the sieve box should be adjusted at the same time. In order to eliminate the deviation of the sieve box, horizontal adjustment is usually carried out first. After horizontal correction, the vertical inclination angle of the screen box is adjusted. The force of vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and its force can be judged by measuring the compression of spring. Generally, the compression of two sets of springs at the feeding end must be the same, and so should the two sets of springs at the discharging end. The spring compression at the discharging end and the feeding end of the vibrating screen can be different.
(3) Install motor and triangular tape. When installing, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, and the level of the motor needs to be calibrated.
